
Leslie Schillen is a doctoral candidate in the TIDA project. After completing her bachelor's degree in philosophy and classics in Hamburg and Palermo and her master's degree in ancient philosophy in Tübingen she is now working on Peripatetic theories of the soul and their relation to Aristotle. A special focus is set on the harmonia theory of the soul. Her fields of study are Aristotle’s biology, philosophy of sciences (especially mathematics) and metaphysics, ancient music theory (especially Aristoxenus) and Peripatetic Philosophy.
