Susanna Kinzig joined the Department of Philosophy at Eberhard Karls Universität, Tübingen, as a doctoral researcher in 2023. Prior to that, she completed her Master’s studies in Ancient Greek (M.A.) and her Bachelor’s studies in Mathematics (B.Sc.) at Eberhard Karls Universität, Tübingen, Universidad de Granada (Spain), and Universität Zürich (Switzerland).
For her Ph.D. project, she undertakes the edition and commentary of the Pseudo-Aristotelian treatise De lineis insecabilibus, while situating the text within its historical context. Her work is being supervised by Professor Klaus Corcilius (Tübingen), Professor Christoph Riedweg (Zürich), and Professor Irmgard Männlein (Tübingen). Within TIDA, Susanna’s primary collaboration will be with Justin Winzenrieth, as they share insights on the (largely parallel) manuscript transmission of both De lineis insecabilibus and De anima.
